Grinding

With our Studer S33 CNC cylindrical grinding machine we grind - precisely and efficiently - external round up to Ø 250 x 950 mm and 120 kg and internal round up to Øv190 mm x 250 mm. In addition, we have the possibility of surface grinding up to W 200 x L 500 mm x H 250 mm in house.

Thanks to modern machinery and a continuous production line, ILZ GmbH covers the areas of rotating, milling and grinding from the first cut to the finish machining. Special requests for special parts and products are easily possible thanks to contract manufacturing.
