Milling

With our modern centers DMU 40 Evo and Mazak Variaxis i500 we mill CNC 5-axis up to Ø 450 mm x 350 mm. The manufacturing spectrum of ILZ GmbH is supplemented in milling by powerful Okuma 3-axis machining centers up to 1100 x 560 x 450.

Thanks to the conventional milling machines, the production of individual components and their assembly into complex assemblies, for example in prototype construction, is possible without any problems.

Thanks to modern machinery and a continuous production line, ILZ GmbH covers the areas of rotating, milling and grinding from the first cut to the finish machining. Special requests for special parts and products are easily possible thanks to contract manufacturing.
