Rotating

For the machining of rotationally symmetrical parts, our customers have access to CNC-controlled machines in addition to conventional rotary technology.

While the one or other individual part can be produced cost-effectively via conventional technology, the CNC machines are suitable for small and medium series. Through appropriate additional equipment (e.g. driven tools), drilling and milling work is also carried out in these processes. Due to the further increase of the machine park in 2017, effective large-scale production is now also possible.

Thanks to modern machinery and a continuous production line, ILZ GmbH covers the areas of rotating, milling and grinding from the first cut to the finish machining. Special requests for special parts and products are easily possible thanks to contract manufacturing.
